Shipping policy

We currently ship to:

    • All serviceable pin codes across India.
    • International shipping (optional; enable or delete this section) to selected countries through trusted global courier partners.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Typical delivery timelines:

      • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
      • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
      • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–12 business days
      • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

      • A tracking ID
      • A courier partner link
        to track your shipment in real time.

5.Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed:

        • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.
        • Contact our support team at [email/phone] if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.

If a package is returned to us due to:

        • incorrect/insufficient address,
        • multiple failed delivery attempts, or
        • refusal to accept,

the customer may be charged a reshipping fee.

6. Damaged / Tampered Shipments

Please do not accept a parcel if it appears:

        • opened
        • damaged
        • tampered

Notify us within 48 hours with photos/video, and we will assist with a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Shipping)

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

        • These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.
        • The customer is responsible for any customs fees.
